He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Certified Management Accountants in Sri Lanka, with over 25 years of experience in audit, tax, corporate advisory, and financial consulting. He serves as the Managing Partner of UHY Centra Management Associates (Sri Lanka) and as the Group Managing Director of the Centra Group and GlobLink Gulf Consultants (Dubai).
He oversees the company's strategic initiatives, encouraging cross-border collaboration, governance excellence, and business growth across the UAE, Sri Lanka, and the wider South Asian region.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Emirates Accountants and Auditors Association (AAA). With extensive experience in audit, assurance, and business consulting, he leads QHS, an AAA-certified audit firm in Dubai, partnering with GlobLink on Gulf-wide assurance engagements.
He was recognized by CEO Insight Magazine (2023) as one of the Top 10 Leaders in Business Consulting in Asia and is the author of the book 'Impact of Tax in UAE'.

An Associate Chartered Secretary and Chartered Tax Advisor (CASL) holding LLB, LLM (Hons), and MBA (Entrepreneurship) degrees. With over 21 years of experience, including at BDO Sri Lanka, she specializes in corporate strategy, tax advisory, compliance, and payroll management across the Gulf and South Asia.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (FCMA). He holds an MBA and a BBA (Hons) in Finance. With over 27 years of experience, including 18 years as the Chief Financial Officer of a multinational firm in the Maldives, he provides leadership in audit, finance, and business advisory.
